English Graduate Student Association: The English Graduate Student Association (EGSA) at Case Western Reserve University was established in 2011 as a student-run organization supporting and advocating for students in the English graduate program.

Film Studies @ Case: Case Western Reserve University offers a variety of opportunities for film study, including a film minor and an English major with a concentration in film.

Literature, Editing, and Design: Case Western Reserve University’s official literary art magazine.

The Observer: English majors have historically provided a high proportion of editors and staff year by year. Though not formally a part of the English program, such work provides an opportunity to exercise writing skills in a public forum, and to take part in the intellectual life of the campus as a whole.

Sigma Tau Delta: Membership in Sigma Tau Delta, the national English honor society, requires meeting the local chapter’s standards for hours completed and GPA.

Writers House sponsors programming and activities that embrace all forms of writing, offering a place for campus writers to come together, as well as reaching out to the community.

Writers Writing Words is a club for anyone who enjoys creative writing.

Writing @ Case: These pages provide information about our programs for writers and teachers at Case Western Reserve.

Writing Resource Center: The WRC provides supplemental, discipline-specific writing instruction to students of all levels at the university. Our writing consultants work one-on-one with students on a wide variety of projects.
